Clear Advantage sheaths have provided both carer and user with a reliable and discreet means of efficiently managing urine drainage for more than 10 years. The original Clear Advantage sheath remains unchanged and is still available.
But the range has been extended to include Clear Advantage with Aloe in a softer silicone and in three styles to provide greater choice. Now, more than ever, the Clear Advantage range can offer an individual solution to suit each case.
All Clear Advantage sheaths are easy to apply and come with a built-in adhesive system that eliminates the need for additional tapes or straps. Removal is easy too, the gentle adhesive unrolls from the penis without leaving a residue.
Clear Advantage®
The original Clear Advantage sheath remains unchanged & comes in Style 1 (Standard) only. Style 1 is a standard length sheath with the adhesive placed in a central band to fit to the shaft of the penis

Clear Advantage® with Aloe
Clear Advantage with Aloe comes in 3 Styles to provide greater choice and fit for a wider population. Style 1 (Standard) is a standard length sheath with the adhesive placed in a central band to fit to the shaft of the penis; Style 2 (Pop-On) is a shorter sheath with the adhesive placed forward towards the tip of the sheath to suit a shorter length penis; Style 3 (WideBand) is a standard sheath but with a wide band of adhesive placed forward towards the tip of the penis and extending the length of the shaft.
The silicone is slightly softer than the original Clear Advantage and conforms readily to the penile shaft area. The gentle adhesive now contains Aloe Vera.

Rochester MEDICAL® Sheaths
Rochester Medical sheaths are identical in format to Transfix and come in 3 Styles to provide greater choice and fit for a wider population.
UltraFlex® (Style 1) is a standard length sheath with the adhesive placed in a central band to fit to the shaft of the penis.
Pop-On® (Style 2) is a shorter sheath with the adhesive placed forward towards the tip of the sheath to suit a shorter length penis.
WideBand® (Style 3) is a standard sheath but with a wide band of adhesive placed forward towards the tip of the penis and extending the whole length of the shaft.
The soft silicone conforms readily to the penile shaft area and the adhesive is slightly stronger than Clear Advantage with Aloe.

WideBand® (Style 3)
A standard sheath with the adhesive extending over almost the entire sheath wall providing 70% more adhesive area than Style 1 to provide extra security without having to use a more aggressive adhesive. The extended adhesive area helps to prevent urine from migrating up the shaft, leading to premature removal.
WideBand is identical in format to Transfix Style 3, with the standard sheath length and soft, silicone to readily conform to the penile shaft.
The wide band of adhesive is positioned forward towards the tip to provide more adhesive security.
